This knife has been crafted from a vintage Zwilling J.A. Henckels four star 10 inch bread knife. It was forged from a single piece of high carbon steel and ice hardened, giving it excellent edge retention. It has been repurposed as a very sharp carving knife, with a Crimson Stag Horn handle
